Our Personal Training program is an extension of the Physical Therapy philosophy. We tailor your fitness program to suit your lifestyle and personal fitness goals, we do not try to make you fit our model. Whether your goal is overall wellness, weight loss, strength training, general fitness, flexibility, or balance we have the equipment and expertise to help you.

Q: HOW CAN I ACHIEVE MY FITNESS GOALS WITHOUT HURTING MYSELF

A: Simple work out with a medical professional, work out under the supervision of Physical Therapists.

Too many times our patients have come to us injured by unsafe exercises. There are many exercises and certain machines that people with injuies should avoid. Physical Therapists are the rehabilitaion experts.

Do not put your body at risk, at least consult with our physical therapists to see if your current exercise program is appropriate for you.
